October 11, 2008 - Sr. Miriam-Athena Tapaoan, M.A., M.S. has been appointed Chancellor of Transfiguration Gnostic Seminary by the Archbishop-Catholicos.

Sr. Miriam brings to the seminary an extensive background in education, including years of teaching in the New York City University System.
